What are the lease terms?
The recommended term for DMV compliance is 2 years. We can do shorter leases but do not recommend them. You pay one month rent as deposit and pay rent on the 1st of every month using our portal.

How do I get DMV-compliant?
We will assist you with everything you need to show that you have a compliant office.

What’s included in my lease?
Each lease includes a modular office, access to utilities (electricity, water, internet), security systems, and shared amenities like bathrooms and break rooms. For retailer dealers, it also includes a display lot.
